Services

Therapy Services

Living with a long-term health condition or receiving a new medical diagnosis can have a real impact on our psychological wellbeing. I specialise in helping clients to process the emotional impact of health changes - such as feelings of loss, low mood, or anxiety - and in supporting them to manage both their physical and psychological wellbeing more effectively. I also have an interest in working with trauma linked to difficult healthcare experiences and illness.

My therapy practice draws on a number of evidence-based therapeutic approaches which can be integrated to best meet your individual needs.

Coaching Services

Adjusting to life with a long-term health condition inevitably brings a number of challenges. As a coach, I work with people looking to make improvements in the way they are managing their health condition. This may mean better communication, prioritisation of time and energy, or establishing healthy habits. I also work with people wishing to explore career changes for improved wellbeing and work-life balance.

My coaching practice draws on evidence-based psychological models that can guide a deep exploration of the challenges you are facing and support you to make meaningful change.

Professional Services

As an experienced Clinical Supervisor with BABCP accreditation, I offer regular or ad-hoc supervision to Practitioner Psychologists and CBT Therapists. Whether you're looking for ongoing supervision or a one-off space to reflect on your work, I’d be happy to help.

I also have a strong background in delivering training sessions and workshops, including guest lecturing at the University of Bath. I am open to enquiries about supervision, training, or consultation—please get in touch if you’d like to explore working together.

Quality care you can trust

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS), regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC Practitioner Psychologist PYL32242). I also have full accreditation as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP) and am fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

For full peace of mind for my clients, I maintain an Enhanced DBS Certificate, Professional Civil Liability Insurance, and ICO registration.
